The save in location normally defaults to the "My Documents" folder and the file name to "bs2" if you know how to locate this folder or the folder displayed then click the save button to begin the download, if not, I suggest selecting the desktop location as shown which is your computer's  starting window, this makes locating the file easier after the download.

The last window displayed is the download progress window. When the download is completed, navigate to the location on your computer where you saved the file and click or double click the file to start the installation process.
